Cemetery Rules and Regulations

We currently only allow 6 lots to be purchased per individual or couple. Lots can be purchased by cash or check only.

A cremation lot can only be used for 6 cremations. If placed on existing grave, the marker or monument must be at ground level for mowing convenience. 

All above ground monuments must be in regular headstone rows.

A licensed monument company must set all monuments and markers. All monuments and markers regardless of cemetery section require a cement foundation. 

All monument and markers set must comply with setting specifications:

• Monuments are not to exceed forty (40) inches in height.
• Foundations must be set at ground level, as to not interfere with maintenance.
• Minimum foundation thickness is five (5) inches.
• Maximum foundation size for a single lot is 48"x24".
• Maximum foundation size for a double lot is 96"x24".

Monuments and markers improperly set will be reset at monument company's expense.

•  Planting of shrubs and perennials are prohibited.
• Grave site flowers must only be placed in an attached vase or next to headstone.
• No glass, ceramic, or other breakable containers.
• No placing of rocks on gravesites or headstones.
• No above ground, homemade grave site marker between rows.
• No pets on premises.
• No unnecessary noise, loud behavior, trespassing, fires, or other objectionable activities.
• Anything that interferes with up keep of lawn is prohibited. IF placed, cemetery reserves the right to remove items.
